Blood pressure
Your blood pressure is a measurement of the force your heart uses to pump blood around your body. Left untreated, high blood pressure can increase your risks of serious health conditions such as heart disease, stroke and kidney disease.
Get your blood pressure checked. Visit your local pharmacy, arrange a BP check with your GP surgery or if eligible arrange a free NHS health check:
